Mission Statement Our vision is best described in our Mission Statement: Our Founders believe in education by nurturing the young mind of our generation. We give them the tools and show them the way to bring the very best in our students.
"Our mission statement reflects our aims and principles; and all staff at Nurturing Youth Singapore Tuition Agency 1on1 ascribe to it: To be the market leaders in specialized private tuition; to provide academic, cultural and life skills; to create the opportunity for students and staff to achieve their full potential; and to promote proactive education for all our Students."
The Four Principles
Nurturing Youth teaches according to four principles:
• Understanding – The tutor's first responsibility is to explain concepts and demonstrate their application. • Practice – It is also the tutor's responsibility to encourage and motivate the student so as to build self-confidence and a willingness to do what is required. • Time – All good and worthwhile endeavors take time. Typically Nurturing Youth sees a marked improvement within one school term. • Support – Our belief at Nurturing Youth is that the best approach to achieving one's desired goals is through “interdependence”. |
